Excerise and eat well

I find for me that the best release of stress for me is first to pray, then you go for a run I love running because I get fresh air I clear my thoughts and I feel so much better after even if I didn't really want to in the first place it's worth it after. I love eating really healthy I pride myself in how much fruit and vegetables I eat, I actually love them I can't go a day with out making a healthy salad and enjoying my Fruit smoothies that I have everyday. I believe that what we put in to our bodies is what we will get out, I love to cook healthy food and teach others how easy it really can be. I can't understand how people don't like eating fruits and vegetables, I think my sister and I have always enjoyed eating well because my mom always fed us so good when we were young. I consider comfort food to be bran muffins and cucumber buns. I want to do the same thing for my kids one day, because if you give them that healthy foundation they will always return to it like my sister and I do. Instead of thinking you have to cut out all the bad stuff, don't worry about that just make one healthy food choice a day and you will see over time how everyone of those good choices added up into a whole new life style.

this is my favorite smoothie
1 cup mango
1 cup raspberrries
1 cup pomegranate juice
 yogurt optional
1 cup crushed ice
blend altogether and enjoy!
